About Me

Taanishi and welcome, I have achieved my Masters of Counselling through City University of Seattle and a Bachelor of Education through the University of Saskatchewan. I was born in Calgary but have called Saskatoon home for most of my life. I am the mother of two adult children and a proud member of the Metis Nation of Saskatchewan.

My background as a Métis teacher, consultant, and entrepreneur has given me a unique perspective into the world and its communities. I enjoy working with people of all ages from all walks of life..

Prior to beginning my practice, I worked within the education system where I supported Indigenous adolescents and families to find a safe path through the system. 

My clients are from a variety of backgrounds and life stages, they describe me as a warm personality, providing a safe, comfortable, positive environment where growth may occur.
